Vidigal

From the Entry of Vidigal at the bottom of the hill, we will take a Mototaxi all the way up to the upper end of the community where the trail starts. The path is steep but once you have made the first part and got to the first viewpoint it gets easier and also more emotional and there will be stops to take pictures. The final destiny is simply breath-taking, one of the best views of the South Zone Rio de Janeiro's.

The way back will take us through the community of Vidigal, through its streets and alleyways and stairs and you get an idea of how life in a favela is like.

Difficulty: moderate, we will walk up to 533m on an 1,5 km hike

What you need: good shoes, water, camera, sun protection, possibly insect repellent or 3-4 trousers.

Note: The tour will not happen on rainy days with deep hanging clouds.
